Serves:
Ingredients: 
1 cup tropical frozen fruit (any of your choice)
3-4 mint leaves 
1/4 cup liquid of choice (you can use apple juice, orange juice, tropical juice)
1 serve Yes Please Bloat Relief powder

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powdered blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
